    Since 24th February 2022 all donations to the Scholarship Fund will be allocated for help for people of Ukraine, especially emergency aid and aid to refugees in cooperation with the Salesians Don Bosco. 50 boys from the orphanage in Lviv made it safely to Slovakia, where they and their two guardians found refuge.     You can contribute very easily via donation form on our website. In section „How to help“ click on „Donate now“ and choose Ukraine from the programmes. After filling up the form you will be redirected to the website which will enable you to fill up your payment details and donate safely. After receiving your donation we will send you an information e-mail. You can also donate by bank transfer to our account: IBAN: SK5511000000002626853119 under the variable symbol 000011.

    Scholarship Fund for Ukraine does not have a fixed amount of money to be donated. As a donor you can make a non-binding donation in any amount on-line or by bank transfer to our account.

    Your donation will be used to support studies of poor boys and girls at Salesian vocational training school in Lviv. Donations will cover school fees, dormitory accommodation, food for students and running costs of the school.

    From the donations we will use 15% on running costs of Scholarship Fund programme; communication with partners in Ukraine, gaining information about students, bank transfer fees, accountancy, communication with donors (sending letters, e-newsletter and pictures), gaining new donors as well as administering website. The rest 85% of your donation will be sent to Salesian vocational training school in Lviv which is supported by the Scholarship Fund.

    Scholarship Fund is based on lump-sum voluntary contributions. As a donor you can make a non-binding donation in any amount on-line or by money transfer to our bank account.

    Within the fund we do not enable sending presents to the students as far as it could cause argues and envy.

    We do not have possibility to organise individual trips of our donors to Lviv. Every year a group of students from the school come to Slovakia for a visit – at this occasion you will have a possibility to meet them personally.
