Thanks to you we have been able to provide help also during the conflict in Ethiopia in the Tigray region and respond effectively to people’s needs fleeing the war. Many of them found a shelter in Salesian houses which open their doors to all. Your support was directed to Salesian missions in towns Mekelle, Adigrat, Adwa a Shire. Local women daily baked bread for internally displaced persons, and Salesians provided spiritual and psychosocial support for those who suffered and access to drinking water.
