Volunteering

A young person who gives himself/herself to an altruistic service in favour of the Don Bosco mission for young people after adequate formation and honest searching in dialogue, with a particular focus on the poorest ones.

A Salesian missionary volunteer strives to become a better person – an honest citizen and a good Christian, so that he/she is able to help in education and evangelization of young people. With his/her own example and service, as a friend and a teacher, he/she contributes to the change of society into the civilisation of love, and to spreading the good among us all.
