The public fundraising campaign was supported by 148 pre-school facilities, primary and secondary schools and almost 25 youth organizations and other institutions in municipalities of Slovakia. Our volunteers prepared information sessions and materials. The public could support the project by online donations through www.tehlicka.sk, by sending SMS or donating to our bank account.
The gross fundraising outcome reached 86,520.74 euro. The organizational costs made approximately 16% of the total outcome. The total net outcome, 72,626.20 euro was used to support activities and educational programs and construction of the Kala-Kala center for children living in the streets. The funds were transferred to the account of the project partner, the Salesians of Don Bosco.
